These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Source website (source.food) and the purchase of products from Source. By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Section 2: Products and Ordering

  • Source offers premium frozen sauces for sale through our website.
  • You can place orders as a guest or by creating an account.
  • By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Section 3: Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept PayPal.
  • Payment is taken at the time of order placement.

Section 4: Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver Tuesday through Friday, with pre-noon delivery.
  • The order cut-off time is 3 pm the day before delivery.
  • Shipping costs £4.99 on orders under £50. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.
  • We currently only deliver within the UK.

Section 5: Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  • We offer a full money-back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason. Please contact us via our website's contact form to initiate this process.

Section 6: Subscription Service

  • We offer a subscription service for regular deliveries of our products.
  • You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us.
  • Payment for subscriptions will be automatically charged to your chosen payment method.

  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from consumption of our products. Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists for potential allergens.
  • Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for your order.
