At Source, we're committed to delivering remarkably good, restaurant-quality meals to your door. Due to the nature of our frozen products, we cannot accept physical returns of food items.

Delivery Issues If your order arrives partially or fully defrosted, please:

  • Take photos of the delivery
  • Contact us immediately at info@source.food
  • We'll arrange a complimentary replacement delivery

Quality Guarantee We're confident you'll love our products. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and feedback
  • We'll issue a full refund, no questions asked

Change of Mind As we deal with frozen food products, we cannot accept cancellations once your order has been dispatched.
